One of the most important elements of glass processing is the finishing edge work. As part of our specialised glass processing services, we offer a number of polished finishes and edging options to suit your needs.
High-quality CNC Edging
CNC edging is suitable for any application where a uniformed finish is required. Utilising our Intermac CNC work stations, we can produce high quality precision finishes in a myriad of shapes and sizes. The range of glass thicknesses we can polish spans 4mm – 19mm.
Polished Straight-line Edging
Often known as machine-polished edge or flat edge, this finish creates a clean glossy line. Glass panels are passed through a glass edging machine removing any chips and smoothing edges.
Nebular Edging
A nebular finish is most commonly specified when the outside edge of glass is going to sit concealed within a frame. There's no need to pay the costs of a polished edge are going to be covered.
Finished Corners
The corners of polished edge glass will need to be finished as required. We offer a range of options: radius corners, dubbed corners and standard corners.
